Hi, lately I have not been able to download small things
like screensavers. Only 100KB out of 1 MB will download.
Also I have the problem of long internet pages only
downloading half, and then saying "done". Can anyone help
me please? :) Hopefully it is just a setting that needs
adjustment? Thanks in advance

Lin.

It sounds like you have an overfull or corrupt cache; create a new one as
per the instructions at the URL below:

Hi Sandi, I have deleted the cache as per your
instructions but I am still having the same problem re
downloading files. It seems it won't download more than
105 KB, even when I tried to download onto a floppy disc.
Is there anything else I could try? Thank you :):)

Hi. I haven't got anything new on my computer in terms of
software... The last thing I downloaded was Adobe Reader,
which would not download properly. The entire thing
seemed to download, but then I got a message that the file
was corrupted, though after 2 hours of downloading I could
not find any file to delete. This happened several times.

Other software running at the same time is my virus
program, Avast32, which I have had for a while, also
McAfee is on here. I just usually have my Yahoo Messenger
running as well. That's all I can think of. I seem to be
downloading full webpages now (thx) just can't get the new
screensavers I wanted. I'm stumped too lol.

You're running two antivirus on the same computer? That's never a good idea.
