Please help

I am able to log onto the ISP website but lost the ability
recently to log onto the ISP SMS and "check my own
account" page which requires a logon password. The logons
had been fine the past 2 years.

The error message is "Cannot find server or DNS Error; the
page cannot be displayed")

However, I am able to do so on another PC with the same
logon at the same ISP. Also, the ISP helpdesk can log onto
the required pages via my account & password logon.

I have checked my PC's Internet connection and security
settings. Are there any recommended settings I should be
following?

I have also tried with the Firewall disabled but still no
success.

Is there a way for me to return my PC to its system
settings/condition at a previous date say 2 weeks prior to
the fault appearing?

My PC's System Configuration Summary:
