general protection error problem

[SSJ4_Mewtwo]

This does not happen often, but when it does it always occurs when the start
menu is being brought up.
The message says:

EXPLORER caused a general protection fault
in module KRNL386.EXE at 0001:000075a8.

Any suggestions are welcomed
