go to start>run>msconfig> -- select system.ini and in the
displayed window the vpaec.vxd is somewhere . check every one until u
find it , uncheck it , then click apply , and ok . u should be ok .
atleast I am after doing it . In my computer , vpaec.vxd was in [386E
nh].Best of luck .
