Startup Folder!

Hi.!
On startup,the System Folder with all the programs in it comes up on the
desktop.I don't know which program to disable in the Startup Folder.
Tried a couple but didn't help.Also,repaired Internet Explorer but that
didn't help either.Not a big deal,just irritating.Any help appreciated......

Only (very) recently happened - past few days?

Try running System Restore and roll-back to the last time/date the desktop
was OK.
