Depending on the version of Internet Explorer you have running:
IE6:
Control Panel | Internet Options | General - Delete Cookies
IE5.5:
Using Windows Explorer, browse to your Temporary Internet Files folder (by
default Windows\Temporary Internet Files, switch to Details view, sort the
contents by clicking on the header "Internet Address", and then delete all
those with an address "Cookie:....."
