Everytime I save a jpeg or gif it saves also in my Display background file.
How does one delete these? Or how to prevent that from happening. I know this
is quite simple and I should know how, but I can't think of it. Thanks.

Looks like you are saving the picture files in the C:\Windows folder,
which automatically puts them in the display background choices. Place
the file on your Desktop or My Documents folder, and they will not show.

Hi,
WinME could be using images from any of these locations for wallpaper:
1. C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer. Look for
Internet Explorer Wallpaper
2. C:\My Documents\My Pictures
3. C:\WINDOWS\WEB\Wallpaper
4. C:\Windows... .BMP files

If you move an image out of these folders, it should no longer show up in
the list of potential backgrounds. Creating new folders within C:\My
Documents\My Pictures and putting images in those folders will accomplish
the same thing- WinME won't see them as potential wallpaper.

Hope this helps,
Don
