Can't get out of SAFE MODE!

Help! I can't get out of SAFE MODE... I've tried the
F8, option 1 for NORMAL MODE, but it still throws me
into SAFE MODE! HELP!!! and Happy New Year

Start your PC.

Right-click an empty space in the desktop and select properties.

Click the Settings tab.

Under Colors select True Color (32bit), under screen area select 1024 by 768
pixels.

Click Apply and OK.

Reboot.
