You don't open a "Program" with another Program. You open "Files" with a
Program.

While you should really do your utmost to learn more about files and
programs and what they can do to your machine (often very nasty things), the
site you download from should tell you what program you need to use for the
file. Lacking that, you could ask here, but we need to know the filename, or
at least the extension--the part after the period.

And *always*, unless told otherwise, make sure to uncheck the box at the
bottom of the OpenWith dialogue that says, "Always use this program..."

To help with your selection, you must know which Program goes with the file
extensions. To see a list of file extensions and their associated programs
visit this website.

Note: there are many duplicates that could be associated with different
programs.

If unsure, post your extensions and get more help in this group.
