How can I make the arrow whped cursor that is a simple
outlin, solid black so that I can find i.
My eyesight is poor and I have a lot of trouble finding it.

Also, is there a simple way to bring the cursor to pre
determined place? like the center of the screen or in the
center of the task bar at the top.

Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Mouse. Check the different tabs for schemes
and options where you can select what you want if available.
You may also want to install the Accessibility options. Control Panel > Add/Remove
Programs > Windows Setup tab, click Accessibility > Details to see what's available
to install. Place a check mark next to what you want, click Apply > Ok. Have your
Win CD on hand in case it is asked for, or when asked point to the folder on your
drive where the Windows setup files (many .cab files) are if present, usually found
in c:\windows\options\cabs.
