I have win 98 se Hebrew enabled. How do I turn it off and on at will? I want to install MSN9.0 but they insist that the "language" I am using is not supported. Help! Is there a way to fool MSN?

You should ask MSN why they don't support your language. It is not possible
to simply switch Windows 98 from one language to another.
