I was thinking of getting a SPANISH keyboard and then realized I had more
questions:

Do I have to set somewhere in Win98 that this is now a Spanish keyboard?
And if so, where?
If the above is true, does every command in Windows now become in Spanish?

Or is it simple? In that the keyboard merely sends the new ALT codes for
each Spanish character I press? This way obviosuly being the easiest.
Please let me know if you know about this. Thanks ahead of time.

Only the layout of the keyboard, a.k.a. keymapping is affected. The File Menu, Program menus will
be in English, or whatever your OS language is.
