Missing taskbar

Running 98se on a PC. Some how the taskbar has disappeared. I can run the
mouse slowly to the bottom and below, to each side and to the top and it
does not change and clicking and holding has no effect. Any idea's?

Try the silly "Windows" key on the keyboard, or Ctrl-Esc.
One of those should make it pop up (or down).
