rundll32.exe file

I am running Windows 98 and somewhere/somehow my
rundll.exe and rundll32.exe application files have
disappeared

Can anyone point me in the direction of how to get a
download?

You can extract them from your Win98 CD with SFC.
Start-Run-SFC and extract one file.
