Win98SE re-install KZJLXTJV.exe

VirusScan told me to delete Windows\KZJLXTJV.exe because
it contained a virus. Now I can't run applications
including re-installation of Win98SE. What can I do?

You certainly don't want to reinstall that virus.
The application association was taken over.
This Swen fix will correct that.
