When my Windows 98 was originally installed, apparently
they did not make provision for the Dialogue Box(i.e.Log
on with password). You just go strait in. Is there any way
I can now install the opening Dialogue Box for security
purposes??

While this is for the reverse, I think you can figure it out from the
detail:
Setting a blank password

Are you sure that is what you want?
There is no security in having a password dialog box.
It can be bypassed easily.
