Question about user in Me

Is there any program to emulate the start of Windows 2000 for Windows Me,
like username and password and if you dont know you cannot enter. Thanks in
advance.

Have a look at Doug Knox's secure your PC utility at
http://www.dougknox.com/security/validated.htm but be sure to read the
file mustbevalidated.txt that is in the zip before attempting to use this
method.
