My stepdad says that the Dr. Watson utility won't let them open up pictures
on their computer. Unfortunately I'm not sure what their OS is. Can anyone
help???

Thanks,

Sounds like whatever he clicks to open his pictures is crashing.
DrWatson then captures the crash and puts out a report. Have him "R-Clk,
Select All, R-Ck, Copy" & post the info from the upper window at
DrWatson's Diagnosis tab.

Normally, it reads: "Dr. Watson found nothing obviously unusual."

Thanks or Good Luck,
There may be humor in this post, and,
Naturally, you will not sue,
should things get worse after this,

Dr. Watson isn't an image-viewing utility. It's a debugging utility. If dad is
trying to open an image file and getting some message about Dr. Watson, then he
needs to change the file association for that image format (probably JPG, but
maybe any of several others.) One excellent image viewer/editor is IrfanView.
