Hard drive crash

Where are emails messages stored ( not in outlook express but in the folder
tree)? As in what folder and whats the extension?

In Outlook Express, click the Tools menu> Options> Maintenance tab> Store Folder
button, to see where the message folder is on that computer. The folders are
database files with a .dbx extension.

All maintenance of the folders should be done through the Tools> Options>
Maintenance interface.
