problem using Yahoo

The message board portion of MyYahoo was functioning correctly using both NS
and IE. Over a week ago it started to reply "no new messages" constantly. If
I call it from a public computer "format kept at Yahoo" it functions
correctly leading me to suspect Windows setting.
I have:
Secured my anti virus software.
secured my firewall.
cleared cache.
cleared temp files
cleared cookies.

Help please.

After all this time it worked for two of three boards starting this morning.
Tonight the final board started working. Strange as all boards worked if
MyYahoo was called from a different location.
