Am building a new system for a customer. As I finish
loading Win98 (OS installed, updated, loaded MB, audio,
NIC and video drivers) I get "Error Starting Program"
message that reads "The MSVCRT.DLL file is linked to
missing export NTDLL.DLL:RtlGetNtVersionNumbers." When I
click on Okay, I get "Error loading Explorer.exe. You must
reinstall Windows." When I click on okay, the computer
locks up. I have reinstalled Windows, changed video card,
RAM, and hard drive and I always end up with the same
error. Based on what I HAVEN'T replaced, I suspect a bad
motherboard. Any ideas? Thanks!

...but I'm stumped!
