few questions

1-my pentium 2 hangs up frequently.
2-when I leave computer unattended say for 1 hour,it stops responding.
please help.

Windows 98 is probably in need of a clean installation if you install and
uninstall programs all the time and use the web.

A P2 system is elderly so check the processor cooling unit is working
properly - remove any dust from it and anything else. I would remove the
cards clean them and their slots of any crud and reseat them.

If that doesn't work, I would try buying a new quality power supply unit -
Antec - Enermax - Sparkle - Jeantech, etc.
