Corrupt or Missing files

Upon starting Windows 98 I get a blank screen
stating "c:\windows\command.com is either corrpted or
missing. Can someone please help?

Boot your computer with your boot disk.

At the A: Prompt execute

sys c:

This will copy the necessary to boot to your computer at star up.

Remove the floopy disk and reboot.
