Hi,
I have format the hard disk and installed Win Me. The above error message
came up when I tried to create a new folder using Explorer.
I tried to format and install again two more times but the same problem
occurred. I have also tried to extract the following files from WinMe CD:
user32.dll and I can't remember the other two, and it does not help.
Can anyone help?
