Tahoma font missing

I believe I deleted my font somehow. I am new to
computers. I get this Error on my screen that says"Tahoma
Font is not present,Run setup program to instal. I don't
know which CD to use, The application or the operating
system back up. I don't want to screw up even more. I am
no longer able to store files in my Word Program and am no
longer able to read certain items because the font is no
longer there.Can you help?
