I'm trying to install some software on my PC that
requires Windows 98 SE. Unfortunately, I am running
Windows 98 with all the service packs and updates. Is
there any way I can tweak 98 to look like 98 SE in order
to get the program to install?

1. No: you have to buy it (eBay?)
2. This question is frequently asked and
answered in this NG.
3. Posting our true email address in this

No, you can't.
You will have to try and buy a copy of Win98 SE.
Try eBay or a large computer store.
