windows 98 floppy disks

I have an old laptop that's running windows 95 that a child
will use. I have only a floppy drive.

I'm looking to buy windows 98 upgrade floppies. Does anyone
know where I can get these.

I cannot find any, i mean any, 95 drivers for a external cd
player.

Most parallel port CD drives include drivers for Windows
95 or DOS (since it was quite common that portables from
that era had no internal drive and no other external
