What is ADDCRL?
There is no file of this name on the Win98 CD
or in C:\ or on the Windows Security Update
CD (Feb. 2004).
But when running this Update disk today the
only error reported as failure to load ADDCRL.
The PC seems to run OK.

I believe that ahs to do with IE although I did see mention of Office =
once.
<quote>
AddCRL =3D Add Certificate Revocation List. It's so SSL certificates can =
be revoked remotely.

I'm not sure if this will shed some light but they had the same error =
updating IE.
