screen magnified and accessibility files lost

pc went nuts !!
re-started it but now the desktop is magnified. I tried
to get it back, but system now says that it has lost
accessibilty help.
What the hell do I do next ??? PLEASE PLEASE HELP !!!

Hi Mel,

Go to Control Panel - Display - Settings, and increase
the "Screen area" to the next higher setting. Or until
the desired resolution is achieved. If the Apply and OK
button are not visible just click enter to make the changes.
