upgrade from win98 to win98se

I have a Dell Inspiron 7000 with Win98 and an Inspiron 5000e with Win98se. I
have
added a wireless card to the 5000e but it says it needs Win98se to work in
the 7000
and would like to upgrade it to Win98se like the other one. I have Win98,
Win95 and
WinXP on my other systems as my clients have locations with all of those
OSs. How
can I get a legal copy of Win98se for the upgrade?
