VXD IOS error on startup [Archive]

i get this error on startup:
0028:C02C0FBD VXD IOS(04)+ 00002031

i'm running win98se and have looked at the two solutions
that are similar to this about the sb16.vxd file and the
iomega backup, but i have neither of those so i have no
clue what's going on. any help is appreciated.

I searched for 0028:C02C0FBD

0028 errors are most often faulty RAM or IRQ conflicts, so
you could check the RAM with Memtest86 from:
