I have recently fixed a vmm32.vxd problem where the file
went missing for unknown reason the solution was to Re-
install Windows ME. However since doing so system now
boots up ok without errors Internet email fine but when
opening some documents get e multitude of the following
errors. RV= -2002 COMCOM Error 0003,
then Command Complex Library Error, Comcom error 0001,
Illegal Media Select, Illegal Media Supply Select,
Invalid Paper Size Select. Applications that give errors
when opening documents are MS Word 2000 and Visual
Liturgy. (all other applications seem to work fine!)
About 50 to 100 of the above messages take ok and
eventually take Ignore Option twice and document displays.
Searched Microsoft Knowledge Database but no clues have
ran adaware and spybot and fully updated Norton Antivirus
2003 reveals no viruses.
Can anyone help me I'm really struggling with this is
this the aftermath of Spyware or a Virus?
