iyuv_32.dll missing

I have been trying to install a new web cam and I am asked
to install original windows ME disc that I don't have.
The ME software was factory installed and I never
recieved the disc. Now what?

Point the installer at the C:\Windows\Options\CABS folder - it should find
what it needs there.
