Is that all you have lost (New folder option)? Have you recently
installed nVidia drivers? If yes, check whether you still have the option
in Explorer (Explorer | View) to view thumbnails? If this is also now
missing there is more that needs to be repaired in which case you might
want to have a look at the thread "Thumbnail View option gone AWO" in the
windowsme.general newsgroup where I have posted a couple of files that fix
those additional problems.
