I'm getting a General Protection Fault in module
LXAXPR.DRV, anytime I try to use Windows Word, Publisher,
Excel, Notepad, Lotto Pro etc. here is the actual error:

EXCEL caused a general protection fault
in module LXAXPR.DRV at 0003:0000207a.

I tried to uninstall my driver using the software that
came with my printer, but it says it can't uninstall the
driver because it is in use by windows. I even tried to
delete the driver and that didn't work either.

As far as I can tell, the problem occurred when i
downloaded memory speedup programs; Turbo Memory and
Memery zip. I think it may have changed where certain
things reside in my memory, but I don't know how or what
to do to change it. If i am correct, a GPF error happens
due to a conflict with memory addresses. Through research,
I changed some memory related parameters in my
autoexec.bat and config.sys files, but it didn't solve my
problem. I use Microsoft Publisher very often and am
desperate to get help. I would greatly appreciate your
help, Thank you.

Remove your printer if this is the printer driver and re install.

Check with the manufacturer to see if you have the latest driver for your
equipment.
