Problem Starting Browsers IE or Netscape in Windows ME

Hi, it appears my Internet Explorer or Netscape Browsers are not
launching - 90% of the time. This may be due to spyware, etc. Can you
please point me to where I should start looking - like suspicious
processes and spyware removal programs ?

When was the last time you emptied your Temporary Internet Files and got rid
of your cookies? When was the last time you emptied your temp files in
Windows?
