Hi All,

I do not really believe this is a display problem but this seems to be the
most relevant group.

I have a client that uses multiple keyboard layouts (Swedish, French and US
English) by selecting the proper language keyboard driver from the windows
taskbar. She always uses a Swedish physical keyboard and has memorised the
differences for the other languages.

Everything seems to work fine with the french and ENglish drivers but there
is a problem with accented characters on the Swedish keyboard.

When doing a French accented character for example é č or á on a Swedish
keyboard, you first type the accent and then the character. This results in
the proper character being displayed.

When trying this on her keyboard, I get for é the characters ´´e just like
if the accent character was typed twice?
When i set the keyboard driver to English the physical key that I use to
type the accent works normally so there is no physical contact bounce in the
keyboard.

I have a vague memory of having seen this problem several years before and
that I found the solution but I can not remember.

If anyone can enlighten me. I would be most grateful.
