I am getting messages when I restart my computer.

It says: An exception OE has occurred at 0028:c006E779 in
VxD VNETBIos (01) + 00000B8D. This was called from
0028:C024c5D5 in VxD VMM (OC) + 0000058B. It may be
possible to continue normally. *Press any key to attempt
to continue. *Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart your computer.
You will lose any unsaved information in all applications.
Press any key to continue.

This is the message only pressing any key does not work
nor does CTRL+ALT+DEL work.

and i have to sutdown maualy the computer then restart and
sometimes i have to go to safe mode then restart again
