whenever you start the computer, it always says loading windows for the first time, and then one has to select the normal startup option from the startup menu.

What should be done so that windows starts normally and does not go into the startup menu

Click "Start", "Run", type "msconfig" and click "OK". Click on the =
"Advanced" tab,
make sure that "Enable Startup Menu" is not checked. If it is, uncheck =
it, click "OK",
then "OK" again.
