I am trying to load win98 and do not have a copy of the
startup disk. I have the win98 cd,how do i create a floppy
startup.

1. / start / settings / control panel / add/remove
/ Startup Disk

You can make a floppy boot disk with the Fat32ebd.exe file located on the
W98 CD: tools/mtsutil/fat32ebd or you can download one here:
http://www.bootdisk.com/
