Printing to 4200TN via 98

We have a networked HP Laser Jet 4200 TN that is being
utilized by a Windows 98 desktop PC. The jobs are getting
locked in the que. Has anyone else had this same issue?

I checked the driver and it does have the correct one.

Any help is appreciated.
