minimized windows from IE

When I surf the web and click on a new site, it comes up
to my screen as a 'minimized' window which I then have
to 'maximize' to see the site. What can I 'tweak' to get
directlly to the new site? Thanks.

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
