Windows98 Updateds

I did windows updates on an older desktop that I own and
it messed up a pile of suff ........ like no volume,
video is blurred, cant get on line Etc. how can I fix
these issues when i can't find the windows98 cd ? Is
there anyway to do a system restore W/windows98 ?
