I have the same problem but I believe it is a program stuck in memory. How can I flush the memory on start up.
The Program is Rnaapp I can not get rid of it. It is there on start up and when I do the cancel of the dial up it reappears.
Even now it is in memory. having end task it many times. It also uses a long since deleted dial up networking option
