Cannot view thumbnails

I cannot view thumbnails in folders. It only shows a large
icon rather than a preview of the picture. The view
setting is set to thumbnail.

Vickie,

If you've lost the ability to display thumbnails of your pictures then
this is possibly due to some of the necessary registry entries having been
damaged perhaps as a result of installing a graphics application or viewer
such as Photoshop or ACDSee,

To fix this, enter the following from a command prompt such as Start |
Run:

REGSVR32 THUMBVW.DLL

and press enter. Hopefully this should re-register thumbvw.dll and add
back the necessary missing registry entries. If not post back as there
are other fixes available but this one seems to fix the problem for most
users.
