I installed a USB2.0 card on my 4 year old PC running on
WinME in order to hook up an external HD. Installation
went fine but the computer slowed down so much it became
useless. It also interfered with my IE6.0.
I saw no IRQ conflicts but removed the modem and ISDN card
just in case.
No luck. How can I see what is wrong?
