You don't !

You follow the directions provided by the manufacturer of the Print Server or you share the
printer with MS File & Print Services.

you have a printer attached to your computer you want to share on a network?

you have a network printer with a LAN connector you want to use on a network
?

You can't without added helper software. If your printer or network printer
device is an HP device the tool you need comes with it, otherwise you'll
have to seek one from your printer/network device manufacturer or at a site
like download.com, tucows.com or such.
