Cant Chat

Hi,
Doesn't look like much participation going on here, but
here goes anyway. I am unable to voice chat. Machine says
Compression Module not installed, and I cant find it in my
Windows folder. Can someone tell me where I go to get
this? I do not have the Windows 98se cd, I bought this
computer as is. Please can someone help me?
