Desktop themes Icon missing in Control Panel

Does anyone know how to replace the desktop themes
icon/link on the control panel? My themes.cpl file is
gone.

Uninstall and then reinstall Win Me's themes.

Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs | Windows Setup. Uncheck Desktop
Themes, OK and Apply. Then return and reinstall Desktop Themes.
