Word 2000 Formtext

Hello,

I don't know what I've done but whenever I try and print a
document that has formtext, the formtext disappears. The
formtext shows before I print but after printing it's
gone. I need help! Anyone out there have any suggestions?
The formtext was set up by an management system and they
are no help at all.

I assume that in Word 2000 it is similar to Word 2003 (which I am using).
If you don't find it here, then check the Help in Word.

Open the document containing the form and data you want to print.
On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Print tab.
Remove the check from the "Print data only for forms" check box, and then
click OK.
Click Print .
